Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at officialshwetara@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll share pickup / drop-off instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days
Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless damaged or defective on arrival
- Items marked "Final Sale"
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
