7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at officialshwetara@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-returnable items: Items that are used, damaged by the customer, missing original packaging/tags, or otherwise not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.

Return shipping: Return shipping charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos/videos so we can assist you.
